Summary:  It is presented a case of giant and infected basal cell carcinoma from esternal region submitted to surgical resection and receiving "Biofill" (cellulose graft) before skin grafting. It is proposed the use of "Biofill" after infected tumour removal when local conditions are not adequate to desirable reconstruction.
