Patient presented with multiple myeloma, painful bilateral vasculitic wounds 10 of 10 on pain scale

• Hx of rheumatoid arthritis, treated with methotrexate and Humara
• Patient claimed nearly instant pain relief upon application of dressing

Patient fell forming hematoma

• Cerebral Ischemia
• Mutliple TIA
• Coumadin Therapy
• CAD

4 pk/day smoker, De-gloved arm in farm accident

• DermaFill applied to wound, thus stopping pain and bleeding

HX of alcohol abuse, CHF, Coumadin therapy

Patient went through windshield in car accident and landed on asphalt - Broken bones, contusions, requiring extended hospitalization - De-gloved left hand with tendon involvement
