Day 1

• History of mild hypertension otherwise in good health
• Patient burned with hot grease while cooking

Patient presented with second and third degree burns on right hand and fingers

Day 7

• Patient originally presented 9/27/04 and was debrided in OR 10/01/04
• DermaFill applied in OR and has been in place for three days
• Dressing firmly in place and is crystal clear
• Patient pain free following application of DermaFill

Day 14 (Day 10 using Dermafill)

• DermaFill completely lifted off wounds in 10 days
• Single application
• Patient reported recovery was pain free and she was going back to work the next day
• Patient lost to follow-up following this visit

15 Month (follow-up)

• Patient was visting her sister in the hospital 15 months later when she observed a member of the wound care team and proudly showed off her scar free hand

• Full function of her fingers and hand
